We want you to absolutely love your purchases. That’s why we make it easy for you to return any item that you are not 100% satisfied with. Whether it doesn't fit, or you changed your mind, all full-priced items will be accepted for exchanges and returns within 14 days of order date (or 30 days for international purchases).
Let us know that you want to return/exchange an item by:
- Filling out this form to indicate intention to exchange or return.
- After receiving confirmation from us, simply post back the item/s.
Only full-priced items that are in original condition, unworn, undamaged and still with tags will be accepted for exchanges and returns. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items. Depending on the situation, a size swap could be accommodated. However, the extra shipping for this exchange will be charged to the customer.
If it doesn't fit or you want to exchange for another item in the store, it's easy to exchange, plus you pay for shipping only once! If you would like to exchange an item, the amount paid for the item, excluding shipping will be refunded to you in the form of a store coupon/voucher. You may use this to exchange for your desired product by making another purchase online, whether it's the same item in a different size or a different style altogether.
You will be emailed the voucher code within 72 hours of receiving your exchange instruction. Over and above this, we will refund the shipping cost you spent to get the item/s back to us. Simply, it's free to exchange! *
Returns are happily accepted within the stated time period. The return will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the package. A refund will be made to you back into the same credit card used for the original purchase price. You will be notified by email of the progress of the returns processing. Only the amount paid for the item/s will be refunded. If a free shipping offer was used, the refund amount will be reduced by $5.90. In summary, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs should an item be returned.
In the case where the merchandise was incorrectly delivered by Shop Maternity or where there is a manufacturing fault with the product/s and the fault is reported through the returns procedure within 30 days of purchase, these returns will be refunded in full including all shipping costs. Faulty merchandise returns will be refunded only after we have communicated to the product supplier and obtained credit from them.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment insurance. Shop Maternity will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
* the refund of shipping costs on exchanges are applicable for Domestic Australia purchases only where the original order incurred a non-zero shipping charge and if posted back to Shop Maternity via Australia Post Regular mail or registered mail (courier and Express post not included). You may use courier or Express services, but the refund amount will be capped at $6.60, the price of regular parcel post.
