This shipping policy refers to purchases at Shop Maternity.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once you've filled in the delivery address.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will post your item/s within 1 business day of payment approval if stock is immediately on hand, otherwise, the maximum handling time is 5 days. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. After dispatch, delivery times will depend on your location.

Domestic Australia Shipping
Your parcel will be sent using Regular Parcel Post by AUSPost. For comprehensive information about delivery times, please refer to AUSPost (http://auspost.com.au/personal/parcel-service-standards.html). Ordinarily, if the delivery address is in a metropolitan area, you should receive it within 1 to 3 business days. For rural addresses, the delivery can take up to 7 business days.

Your parcel will be sent using Registered International Post by AUSPost. Delivery times may vary from 3 to 15 business days. Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by your country.
